As an organization, we asked ourselves what we wanted to accomplish and what we wanted to become. The answers changed the direction of our company.
Having seen what an effective total rewards communication campaign could accomplish, we wanted all companies, regardless of size or budget, to have an opportunity to drive business success in part by communicating the total investment made in their workforce.
So we set out to build a web-based solution – one that would appeal to a 10 employee company with no budget and the 30,000 employee organization with a budget and every other company in between. With our mission and vision as our guide, TotalCompBuilder.com was created in early 2007. With Free, Professional, Enterprise, Candidate and Private-Labeled Editions, the TotalCompBuilder.com platform now serves more than 500 companies (both direct and through more than fifty channel partners) with employees in more than 40 countries across 5 continents.
