Total Rewards Software Appoints New Vice President of Operations
New position to oversee all back office operations and client experience functions

ROCKLIN, CAL. / January 27, 2009 – Total Rewards Software, the industry leader in on-demand total compensation statement software named Brock Middleton as its new Vice President of Operations. Middleton will be responsible for leading the company’s information system management, on-demand software platforms as well as all client experience and back office functions.

An engineer by trade, Middleton has over 10 years experience in process improvement, project re-engineering, sales engineering and business consulting. Most recently he served as Manager of Sales Operations at a fast growing mortgage company. Before that he was the top performing Outside Sales Engineer serving Fortune 1000 companies and top Internet accounts at EMC Corporation, an industry leading data storage and software company. Prior to that, he was a schedule and financial analysis consultant for a construction litigation consultancy.

Middleton received a Masters Degree in Entrepreneurship and Marketing from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. He also received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
