The Portal

We custom build a portal for each private-label partners that serves as an informational and marketing hub. Access project collateral, implementation documentation and instructional videos. You can also create custom demos for client or prospect presentations. The portal also serves as a “view” into our system so you can see all of your clients in our system.

Integration

Employers are looking to leverage their existing HRIS and Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms to make total rewards communications less time consuming and burdensome to HR staff and easier to access by employees. Our Enterprise Edition can be integrated with your clients’ PeopleSoft, Oracle, Lawson, UltiPro, SAP or like HRIS and ESS platform. This allows for timely delivery of HR and Payroll data into our application either once a year, quarterly, monthly or even per pay period. The data exchange can even run the numeric calculations to “complete” the data before auto import. This functionally saves hours of time and financial resources compared to manual data consolidation, manipulation and importation.

Our system can also be integrated from an employee login perspective. This Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality is becoming the preferred method of employee authentication.
