TotalRewards Software is currently building add-on modules that will extend the functionality of TotalCompBuilder.com. Current modules under development or soon to be developed are:

Candidate Module
CandidateStatements.com is the first, web-based recruitment software that dynamically creates personalized candidate websites highlighting the value of your employer sponsored benefits program and the impact that value has on your candidate's total compensation. Candidate Module is part on-boarding, part total compensation statement, part benefits portal and part one-to-one communication platform.

Stock Option Module (Enterprise Only)
For clients who require a more detailed presentation of their stock and equity programs, the Stock Option Module provides a dedicated page highlighting the program. Grant dates, grant number, qualified/non-qualified, outstanding shares, vested shares, unvested shares and strike price are some of the fields that can be displayed on the Stock option page. As a conditional page, only those who are participating in the program would have the page displayed on their statement.

Personalized FAQs Module
Your employees will invariably have questions about your company's benefit program as it relates to their total compensation. The Personalized FAQ Module allows you to create a Frequently Asked Question section for your online statements that is specific to your employees, company as well as your benefit and compensation programs. Any number of questions/answers can be created.

Promotion Module
The success of your project is based in no small part to the extent of your promotional efforts. Promotion before, during and after your statements are live can impact your project success immensely. The Promotion Module allows you to communicate with just the employees who will receive a statement in data merged letter or e-mail form. Clients who wish to present an online statement only can use the data merged one-page letter to supply the employees' unique usernames and passwords.

Change Password Module (Enterprise Only)
For those clients looking for a higher level of authentication security for their online statements, the Change Password Module provides a temporary login password and requires employees to change that password the first time they log in. A forgot password function is also included with this module.

HR Executive Dashboard
The HR Executive Dashboard aggregates all of your employee data and presents that data graphically and by total, count and average per employee. This module is indispensable for reviewing total compensation data for reporting and forecasting.
