Ray O'Donnell -- Founder and CEO
Ray has been in the total compensation communication business his whole professional career. Introduced to the business at a boutique business planning firm in Palo Alto, CA, Ray ventured out in 1991 to start the predecessor to TotalRewards Software. Over those seventeen years, Ray has been involved in over 800 print and web based total compensation statement projects with some of the leading companies in North America including Avon Products, CNET, University of Minnesota, eHarmony.com and MSNBC.com to name a few. A noted guest speaker at HR and health insurance conferences, Ray saw the HR communication trend toward software, delivered over the Internet as a service, that all stakeholders (client, broker and vendor) could access together, to ensure a successful project outcome. Acting on that trend, he and his team created TotalCompBuilder.com, the first on-demand total compensation statement software. The software is used by over 600 employers, brokers, TPAs and consultants to deliver high quality, total compensation statements in print and online to over 600,000 employees in North America.
