Can I track utilization of my employees with your online statement?Yes! The challenge with total compensation statement projects in the past was the lack of tools to track and analyze employee utilization. With our solutions, you can not only track unique logins with your system Dashboard, but also number of times logged-in, and logins over time. Additionally, you can track employee feedback through our Survey/Feedback Module and send targeted e-mail campaigns during pre-launch, launch and post-launch of your statements. |
What if I want to update our data and present statements to employees more than once a year?You can "refresh" data throughout the year (quarterly is the most popular) at no-cost so you can truly make your statement relevant and impactful to your employees. |
Can I first try your program without paying for it?Absolutely! We're the only solution or service provider in the industry that allows you access to our full featured program (either Pro or Enterprise) for a full 30-days at no-cost (as in free). What kind of support comes with your service?What sets us apart from other solutions is the inclusion of a dedicated Project Success Manager (PSM). Your PSM will be available to you for the full 12-month license period to provide best practices leveraging over 900 total compensation statement project implementations. Professional Services are also available including full implementation, data management and statement design services. |
Can you provide Single Sign-On capabilities?Yes - we can build Single Sign-On (SSO) to all the major Employee Self-Service (ESS) platforms such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Lawson, UltiPro and others. |
Can you build us the ability to transfer data from our HRIS to your system?We can build Data Integration (DI) capabilities from your HRIS to our application. In the process, we can "normalize" the data (such as annualized calculations, etc.) so that you data is finalized and ready for auto importation. |
What's the turn-around time for projects using your software?Project timelines vary depending upon the number of employees receiving at statement. However using our standards-based platform, timelines can be shrunk by 75% over traditional consulting solutions. We have seen first-hand clients finishing their projects in a week using our platform. |
Can you print our statements and mail them too?Of course - we have two high speed digital printers with inline booklet making capabilities. We also offer mailing services as well. |
